1. 65 yo M smoker, with GEJ adenocarcinoma undergoes chemoradiation with carboplatin -taxol per CROSS trial and then surgery.

What is the chance of recurrence- 70-75%
PFS without path CR 11 months
DFS with nivo 22 months
